💰 Refund Policy

All purchases are final. You cannot request a refund, prevent, credit, or dispute the server by any means necessary. Doing so allows us to reserve the right to suspend your continued play on the server/forums and prevent further funds from being added or withdrawn.

⚠️ We reserve the right to pursue any legal action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced chargeback.

Exceptions

The instances where we provide refunds are limited to:

Accidental double charges
Not receiving the purchased item
If we believe a refund is warranted based on provided circumstances

ℹ️ We do not offer refunds for claims of unauthorized purchases. It is your responsibility to ensure the purchase is made by the authorized cardholder.

🚫 Issuing a chargeback or claiming refunds is a violation of our terms of service and will result in the loss of your rank, and you may be completely banned from DG Network.

⚔️ Rank Powers

Rank powers are a privilege, not a right!

We monitor all console commands, logs, and more. If we discover you are abusing your powers or impeding the in-game progress of other users against their will, you will lose your privilege without a refund.

⚠️ Abuse of rank powers will result in immediate removal of privileges without any refund.
